Solutions to problems using GotFamiliesOnline™:

1. Cookies are required in order to use GotFamiliesOnline™. Please review the section on Cookies. Cookies are needed to login and use other features.

2. JavaScript is required in order to use GotFamiliesOnline™. Please review the section on JavaScript to make sure that JavaScript is enabled. JavaScript is needed to use dropdown menus and other features.

3. If you are unable to see the "Enlarged Photos", then make sure you do not have "ad blocking" enabled on Norton's Firewall Internet Security software.
   • If you cannot see or click on some links on GotFamiliesOnline™, it may be because your Norton Firewall Internet Security software is set by default to NOT display certain links that it considers "Ad-related."

   • This problem applies only to users of Norton Internet Security products, not to users of just the Norton Anti-Virus products.

   • We recommend disabling this feature in order to properly view GotFamiliesOnline™.

   • In your Norton Internet Security options, go to Ad Blocking and turn it OFF.

   • This will allow you to see banner ads and other links on Web pages that Norton blocks by default. Leave the POP-UP blocker ON.
